Registration

Registrations are done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. An one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

Registration Steps

• Create an "easyconferences" account through www.easyconferences.org
• Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
• Log into www.easyconferences.org and create your WISE 2012 registration order form
• Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method

Information for paper authors

For each accepted paper (regular, short, poster, demo, workshop or otherwise), at least one author must register at the full rate, even if all authors are students. Completed registration is required for all accepted papers that are to be included in the conference or workshop proceedings.

Main conference authors of an accepted paper must complete a full registration before 28.08.2012 for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Authors of an accepted workshop paper must complete a full registration before 16.10.2012 for their paper to be included in the post-workshop proceedings.

If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate full registration.

Registration Fees

Author Full Registration: 500 € UP TO 28th August 2012 for conference papers and 16th October 2012 for workshop papers.

Note:

• Normal/Author Full Registrations include admission to all conference sessions, the workshops, a copy of the proceedings where the author's paper (if applicable) is published (conference proceedings or workshop proceedings), coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner.
• The Student Registrations include admission to all conference sessions, the workshops, the conference or workshop proceedings, coffee breaks and welcome reception.
• The workshops are included in the WISE full registration. However, if you only plan to attend a workshop please select Workshop Registration.
